Sam is originally from Mapleton, IA but moved to Wisner with her daughter, Hazel, after serving in the United States Navy. She loves to be at home and watch a good movie or read a good book. She also loves to cook, and patients may see her outside of the office helping her aunt, Shelly Mauch, at the Dairy Keen in Wisner.
